The Jazz Performance and Education Centre (JPEC) – a charitable organization dedicated to the continuation and development of jazz music in Canada – presented a remarkable tribute gala at the Toronto Centre for the Arts on Oct. 3, 2010. Dedicated to Ontario’s Chief Justice Warren K. Winkler and benefitting JPEC’s programming and education, the mesmerizing night featured stunning performances and a humorous speech from the Chief Justice. www.jazzcentre.ca
