Luxurious living takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to The St. Thomas building in Yorkville. Steps from the community’s lavish restaurants, posh boutiques, and Queen’s Park, the stunning residence combines sophisticated lifestyle with understated elegance.
The 23-storey tower is home to only 47 exclusive residences. Starting at $2 million, St. Thomas suites boast elaborate and unique designs, and range from 2,000 to 6,000 sq. ft. A personalization program allows buyers to custom-select everything, down to the very last detail. With one, two, or three suites per floor, direct-access elevators, and two to four parking spaces per residence, this building is in a league of its own.
One of the biggest features that gives this building its identity is the exceptional stately interiors. Created by II BY IV Design Associates Inc., residences are tailored for an elite lifestyle. “We used one of the penthouse suites to create a wonderful sales centre,” says Dan Menchions, principal designer at II BY IV. “We turned it into an event space as well, showcasing a wonderful Clive Christian kitchen, a spa-like bathroom, and a large open area to hold events and do marketing launches.”
Buyers can also choose an Italian-designed Snaidero kitchen, tailored with marble, granite, limestone, or quartz countertops. Whichever style you pick, each kitchen is outfitted with the most advanced, upscale appliances, such as SubZero, Wolf and Miele.
The St.Thomas is also equipped with a spa-style indoor pool and a serene yoga studio. But the building isn’t a party pad for well-to-do flaunters. As Menchions points out, “This is not flashy, but understated and elegant – it’s for people who are a lot more quiet about their wealth.”
Minto Group, a family-owned construction and management company operating in Toronto, Ottawa, and Florida, built The St. Thomas. With a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and a holistic approach to design, the company offers ornate masterpieces for local and international buyers. Distinctive ad refined, Minto buildings are environmentally friendly. The St. Thomas will target premium operating efficiency, reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions by 33 per cent.
The St. Thomas also offers classic boutique condominiums that feature some of the most unrivalled services and amenities. Whether looking for a getaway spot, or a luxury home, this is the place.
