Taking the time to really listen to his clients and using their personalities and sense of style to guide him, Grossi is always on the mark when creating a new look or updating an old one. “The most exciting aspect about my job is to be able to create different looks on different people all day long,” says Grossi. “From doing colour consultations, a makeover on someone, creating an elegant up-do for a glamorous evening look and then doing a man’s haircut after that … to me that variety is something I love.” Grossi also notes that none of this would be possible without the trust of his clients he has earned over the years. So much so that when his clients recommend him to their friends and family, there is no hesitation on their part – they go in with an open mind, trusting Grossi to do whatever it is he thinks would suit them best.

His genuine care for his clients and his unique ability to tune into his creativity when combining personality and style helps him push his clients forward to try something new, while still maintaining what they are looking for. “I love to get people to explore and take small steps forward into directions that they may not have gone, but I am not looking to change someone into something they are not,” he says.
