Salad Recipe – Celebration of Tomatoes

One of summer’s greatest pleasures, and something we grow so well in Ontario (and in our backyards), is fresh tomatoes. Here’s a recipe for Jamie Kennedy’s delicious tomato salad.
Serves Six
For the Dressing:
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp/15 ml fresh lemon juice
1 tsp/5 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp/5 ml Dijon mustard
2 tbsp/30 ml fresh basil leaves
5 tbsp/75 ml sunflower oil
2 tbsp/30 ml 35% whipping cream
